Herald International research Journals (HIRJ) do not request for grants to carry out its operations as grants sometimes fails thereby forcing organizations to discontinue their operations. We have rather chosen the model of self-sustenance by collecting publication fee for articles published.

HIRJ is an Open Access Publisher. This implies that we do not restrict access to our published online papers thereby waiving all subscription charges to all readers on the internet. We ask that authors, institution, funding agency should pay a modest fee of $310 (Three Hundred and Ten Dollars) as handling fees upon review and acceptance of papers for publication. The author's ability to pay the charges is not a guarantee that the such paper will be accepted for publication.
